Once the contract is signed and the deposit is secured, our team meticulously plans and prepares for staging day, dedicating hours—or even days—to curating the perfect look for your home.

Yes! We offer the unique option to purchase our staging furniture, allowing buyers to move into a fully furnished home. Additionally, we provide comprehensive interior design services to bring your vision to life.

TIME

We pride ourselves on flexibility and can often accommodate urgent requests, understanding the fast-paced nature of luxury real estate. Let us know your timeline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

Our standard staging period is 60 days, but we’re happy to accommodate longer terms, such as 90 days or more. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the extended duration.

If you need to extend the staging period, the monthly extension fee will be outlined in your initial quote or invoice. We’ll ensure transparency and clarity throughout the process.

INVESTMENT

Our staging services are tailored to elevate your property’s appeal, with investments starting at $2,950 for our most basic package. For luxury homes, costs reflect the premium furniture, art, and accessories required to create a show-stopping experience. Every detail is curated to attract discerning buyers and maximize your return on investment.

Our comprehensive packages include staging for key areas like the living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary suite. We handle every detail—from design to delivery—ensuring a seamless, stress-free process that transforms your property into a market-ready masterpiece.

Our pricing reflects the quality of our premium furniture, meticulous design process, and full-service approach, including delivery, installation, and insurance. We ensure your property stands out, attracting the most qualified buyers.

For luxury properties, costs may vary based on the level of customization, travel, and access requirements. We work closely with you to create a tailored plan that aligns with your goals and budget.

We offer flexible payment options, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), checks, and electronic bank transfers for your convenience.

To secure your staging date, we require a deposit. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before installation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

As with most staging companies, our fees are not prorated. The majority of our costs are incurred during the planning, transportation, and installation phases, ensuring your property makes a lasting impression from day one.

To create an unforgettable first impression, we suggest focusing on staging these most impactful spaces at a minimum: the living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary suite. These areas help buyers envision the luxury lifestyle your property offers, setting it apart in a competitive market.

We source only the finest furniture, art, and accessories, staying ahead of the latest design trends. Whether it’s a sleek modern look or timeless elegance, our inventory is curated to reflect the sophistication of luxury homes while offering exceptional value.

While it’s possible to stage an occupied home, we recommend vacating the property to ensure it’s always show-ready. Living in a staged home can be challenging, especially in fast-paced markets. A vacant home allows us to create a cohesive, aspirational look that resonates with buyers. Moving out before staging helps sellers emotionally transition and allows us to fully transform the space into a buyer’s dream home. This approach ensures every detail is perfect, from the placement of furniture to the final decorative touches. Occupied stagings often require more time and effort, which can increase costs. A vacant home allows us to work efficiently, ensuring a flawless presentation that highlights your property’s full potential.
